Florian de Saint Vincent, project manager – Food production chain expert

• Graduate from ESA Purpan (Agriculture Engineer, Graduate School of Agriculture in Purpan; Specialisations: Territorial strategy and development – development of rural areas
• He joined Semmaris in 2016 with prior experience in Gressard Consultants (a research and consultancy firm specialising in agriculture and agri-food production chains) and ADEPTA (Association for the Development of International Exchanges of Agri-food Techniques and Products) as a coordinator in Africa and the Middle East where he coordinated a team of multicultural experts, study of production chains – knowledge of the rural world, practices of state or semi-state owned public and private operators
• He has expertise in setting up and organising the industrial group of exporters for equipment and inputs for fruits and vegetables to the ADEPTA (Organisation of 40 French Companies)
