3. BUYER SECTION
THE RUNGIS STICKER:
The sticker “For quality I go to Rungis”, is subject to a usage charter intended for buyers procuring supplies in the Rungis International Market.

STICKER USAGE CHARTER:
All Buyers from the Market procuring supplies from within the market are able to use the year-marked sticker “For quality I go to Rungis”, provided by the market manager. This is renewed annually and sent by mail to buyers attending the Rungis Market.
Buyers undertake to use the sticker in a way that is fair and only to designate products and/or services that have come from the Paris-Rungis Market.
Specifically, buyers shall comply with colour codes, font sizes and logos (retain proportion in particular when increasing or decreasing the size of the design of the sticker), concerning the material presentation of the sticker on any medium by any means of communication and in any location.
Buyers undertake to update the sticker each time a new year-marked sticker becomes available.
Buyers may use the sticker in association with their own trademarks and/or logos, as long as they ensure that no confusion arises in the minds of consumers.
Any unauthorised usage or any usage that fails to comply with these terms shall incur disciplinary proceedings in accordance with Articles 34, 35 and 36 of the current regulations.
The granting of a usage authorisation shall cease in the event of withdrawal, for whatever reason, of authorisation as a Buyer of the Paris-Rungis Market. Consequently, any buyer from whom authorisation is withdrawn shall immediately be required to cease using the sticker.
